Teaching your little one to master the whole sleeping through the night thing in just 2 weeks

My Philosophy on Crying

I have never met a parent that likes to hear their child cry, I certainly do not. The truth is crying is our child’s form of communication. During this process, we will work to change your child’s habits around sleep which can initially be met with protest. I cannot promise a no-cry solution, however with the use of gentle and loving methods, the protest improves quickly. I will never ask your family to use the “cry it out” method or ignore your child’s cries as this goes against my values. We will work together to ensure your child’s needs are met, which can help determine the root of the crying. I believe that sleep is not a “one-size-fits all” approach, which is why I am here to support you through all the questions and changes along the way!
