I’ve been there before…
When we first had our son, we worked hard on getting him to sleep. Read all the parenting books, continued to research about growth spurts, sleep regressions and reasons why he was waking up. Continued to blame all these things as the reason he wouldn’t sleep at night. But, by 8 months old, he still was waking multiple times a night. He had only slept well a couple nights. My husband and I were exhausted. Struggling to focus at work. Down on myself because I couldn’t figure out what to do with my own child.
Finally, decided to get help. Enter, the sleep expert…
With this, we were able to teach him independent soothing skills, and quickly after he was sleeping through the night. No more night feedings. No more night wake ups.
Still sleeping 11 hours through the night, years later…
Fast forward to life now..
I went through extensive training to become a Sleep Sense Certified Sleep Consultant and have been dedicated to helping children and parents (like you) sleep!
